Anna Wadia from the Ford Foundation and Meg Bostrom from Topos Partnership joined The Collaborative to provide an update on a national research project funded by the Ford Foundation to develop an effective core narrative and messaging to advance a job quality agenda. The research included ethnography in several states, extended, cognitive interviewing with dozens of business and political leaders, and involved many hundreds of subjects in an effort to develop a common sense message that can enter public discourse, bring disparate policy efforts under a common frame, and work toward changing cultural understanding of job quality. They shared key products, resources, and a toolkit coming out of the research and discussed lessons learned around their use and implementation.
A recording of the webinar is available in three parts.
